Uh oh. Looks like someone pissed off the Voltorbs that make the Kona training room their home. As the electricity crackles around them and Magnus stares, dumb-founded, Mikan screams, "DON'T YOU SIT THERE SLACK-JAWED BUGGY-EYED!"

Everyone manages to escape in time as the explosion roars behind them! Everyone is cool with an explosion behind them!

I'm not going to lie--I had to rush Round 3. It's just been a really busy past couple months. Good things, bad things, terrible things, and amazing things all got in the way. I wasn't even sure I was going to finish, but, here we are! These are all drawn fairly quickly, so I tried to push the envelope with lighting. I also decided to incorporate the lyric into each of the images.

This one I actually REALLY LIKE. XD

In R3 we were required to theme our images off lyrics from an English song, in order. It was hard for me to pick. I went through various White Wizzard songs, "I'll Make a Man out of You" from Mulan, HEYAEYEYEAHEHEYA, "Macho Man" from the Village People... but ultimately I had to settle on "You Ain't Never Had a Friend Like Me" from Disney's Aladdin. 8)


I also realize now I forgot Cody's facial hair. >.< Sorry, :iconhapuron:!

oh aaaaaahhh i like this so much ;33; your style is so cool and it flows so well and i love how you inserted the lyrics and everything!!! also a really nice song to pick, it works really well. and the little texts made me smile like so much, especially the fourth one, oh poor magnus nobody is listening to you : <<
and you drew rashne _so cute_ and other pokemon as well

and so lovely ending, sun glasses and soo much explosions whoaah what a nice lightning

don’t worry about the facial hair, maybe he shaved for this task because he wanted to look like he actually does something sometimes!
